Brief:

Implement a new POS (Point of Sale) system and migrate all products to new POS and provide staff training.  Design and build a new eCommerce webstore to sell all products online.  Integrate both new POS and new eCommerce store so stock and sales are both in "real time"


    Description:

    We were appointed to migrate our client old POS (Point of Sale) system to a new POS so after careful preparation we migrated all old POS data (products etc) into a new POS system, and we migrated all products successfully and also provided staff training.  Following this, we design and built a brand new eCommerce webstore and also integrated both systems so if a product sells in store the online stock levels were updated in real time.  When products sell online the stock levels in store are also updated, so there is a two way real time synchronisation set up.  The primary photo from the in store POS system is also pushed to the online store.

    Credit card charging and orders are automatically process so when online orders are taken, credit cards are charges automatically and a tax receipt sent to the customer, so all the in store staff have to do is package the items and send them by courier.

    There are many other features we achieved for our client including Facebook, Twitter and Store Map links and also eMail Newsletter archives and subscription management.
